Ordering

We suggest when selecting your Pello Bike you go by the age suggestions on the product pages and measure your child’s inseam.

Delivery

If your bike is in stock we will ship it within 1-5 days of you placing your order (for birthday's please ensure you plan ahead). Bikes ordered on the weekend generally ship on Monday. All our bikes ship UPS Ground. We will email you a tracking number when your bike ships. Because each bike goes through a quality and safety inspection our bikes are sometimes not available for immediate pickup from our shop. If you choose to pick up your bike at our shop we will email you when it is ready.

Canada customers: Our rate is a flat $50 to ship bikes to Canada, we are not responsible for any import taxes or duties.

Fit For You

All of our bikes undergo a quality check and safety inspection before delivery. If there is anything you would like us to focus on please email us or let us know at checkout. info@pellobikes.com

Safety

All Pello Bikes are certified buy a 3rd party to ensure they comply to Consumer Protection Safety Commission (CPSC) safety standards

The bikes and products offered from pellobikes.com have been designed and comply with the USA CPSC safety standards. Pello Bikes make no guarantee that our bikes/products are in compliance with your countries safety standards. Other countries may impose import duties or taxes on the bikes/products you are importing. These costs are the responsibility of the importer (i.e. purchaser).

Assembly

All Pello bikes are delivered 95% assembled. The assembly that is required after you unpack your bikes is as follows: handlebar, front wheel, seat, pedals, bell and reflectors. Tools required are a 15mm open ended or adjustable wrench (pedals) and a phillips screwdriver (bell and reflectors), we provide a 5mm & 6mm hex wrench with your bike (handlebar, front wheel, seat).

Return Policy

We want you and your little one to be totally content with your new Pello purchase. To make sure you love your Pello we offer a 60 day full refund guarantee. Sort of like buying a new pair of shoes, generally wear them around a bit but don’t wear them out, if they don’t fit take them back. When trying out your Pello try to keep it in a clean condition. If you aren’t in love with it after 60 days we give you your money back and pay for it to be shipped back to us. Shoot us an email to arrange a return at info@pellobikes.com.

Warranty

We believe in our little bikes and think that you should to that’s why we offer a lifetime warranty on the Frame and Fork for as long as you own the bike. For all the other parts of the bike you are guaranteed for 2 years. Warranty is valid for the original owner.
